What are lease exclusive and custom beats?

Lease beats:

Lease beats are beats for a rapper/singer to use for making a track.
the producer still owns the beat and may sell the beat as many times hey want.

Exclusive beats:

exclusive beats are beats for rappers/singer to make a track on.
if you buy an exclusive beats than it's all yours(and the producer)
but the producer may not sale this beat to other people even not to
a alien thats the reason why the price is a bit higher.

Custom beats:

custom beats are beats for a rapper/singer to tell the producer
what kind of instruments he need to use or what tempo(BPM).
or how long the intro must be. it's all to the rapper/singer to decide
what kinda beat it must be.(I only make Hip Hop and R&B beats)
but you need to be %100 sure that you wanna buy a custom beat
and don't say i wanna buy a custom beat and if i maked one
as you wanted that you have buyed already another beat or
something ya'll know what i meen. but when the beat is done
i will send you a 50sec. of the beat for you to listen if it's good
than it's time for you to send the money(with paypal)
if the beat isn't good than i wanna know what i need to
change or delete till it's good.

What are the prices?

Lease beats:

the most of my lease beats are in a big sale right now
but the normal prices of lease beats are $20 each.

Exclusive beats:

the same as lease beats. My exclusive beats are in a big sale to.
but the normal prices of exclusive beats are $50 each and some of
my exclusive beats are $150 each so let's say between $50 and $150
and if it's a sale it is between $20 and $50 each.

Custom beats:

My custom beats are $75 each
